the cozy GARDEN COTTAGE by way of its own secluded patio
behind the Inn. Sleep peacefully on the generous featherbed in
a bedroom of white wicker. Cuddle up by the gaslog fireplace.
Ease into the rocking chairs or daybed in the living room. Shower
while enjoying the sunrise or moonbeams through the skylight.
Make a sandwich. Sip a cup of coffee, tea or cocoa in the kitchen
(but no cooking…after all, you're on vacation). The COTTAGE…a
perfect place to return after a day of Colorado adventure. |

There are
four bedrooms in the Inn on the second floor, with an entrance
from the garden and the on-site parking area on the same level.
Each room accommodates a maximum of two people, and boasts an
original double bedstead from the Inn's Victorian past as the
Sunburst Boarding House. |

Isn't it romantic! The FLORAL
ROOM…where you can watch the twinkling stars through
the skylight as you lie in bed. Original hardwood floors, an antique
vanity and steamer trunk, a private bathroom featuring a clawfoot
bathtub (with shower)…are all reminiscent of the Inn's Victorian
origins. |

Always wanted a room with
a view? Then gaze out the windows of the ARTIST'S ROOM…it's
a view that has inspired many guests and local artists to paint
the beauty of the foothills and architecture of the Historic
District of Manitou Springs. This room breathes sunlight and
fresh air. Its charm is reflected in its corner pedestal sink
and mirror...the hand-crafted tiled shower in the private bathroom…the
cozy nook perfect for reading, sitting or just dreaming.
